The CTMA Boot Camp establishes a framework of strategies to assist telecom professionals define and implement operational and financial management best practices supporting telecom management excellence.
Individuals must complete 24 hours (three days) of Boot Camp training, successfully complete skills-based projects, and pass a certification exam to earn Certified Telecom Management Administrator credentials. The projects and exam are completed during the three-day Boot Camp.
