Submission from the track of Computer Science, Information Technology, Information systems, ICT for Sustainable Development, Data Communication and Computer Networks, Computer Engineering and Software Engineering are greatly encouraged. Deadlines: Extended Abstracts Submissions 1st November 2009; Notification of Accepted Extended Abstract 1st December 2009; Submission of Full Paper 1st February 2010; Notification of Acceptance of Full Paper 1st April 2010; Final Camera Ready Paper Due 1st May 2010; Early Registration Before 1st May 2010; Late Registration After 30th April 2010 and Conference days 1st - 4th August 2010. Full papers can still be submitted by 1st February 2010 without having submitted an extended abstract. ------------------------------------------------------- All Submitted papers will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review. These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those that will be accepted for their presentation at the conference, as well as those to be selected as best papers for their publication in the International Journal for Computing and ICT Research. Authors of accepted papers registered for the conference can have access to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who recommended the acceptance of their papers/extended abstracts. Therefore authors can accordingly improve the final version of their papers. Non-registered authors may not have access to the reviews of their respective submissions. ------------------------------------------------------- The registration fee for ICCIR 10 is as follows: Early Registration for Students with Papers to present is 100 Euros; Students without Papers to Present 50 Euros; Non students with Papers to Present 200 Euros; Non Students without Papers to Present 100 Euros. Late Registration for Students with Papers to present is 150 Euros; Students without Papers to Present 100 Euros; Non students with Papers to Present 250 Euros; Non Students without Papers to Present 150 Euros.
