Between the 12th November 2009 and 23rd September 2010, The GlobalSCS Group is holding a series of four one-day conferences at The Blunsdon House Hotel, Swindon, based on the Recovery, what was learnt and what of the future? Each of the four conferences will be focusing on different sectors. For example; 12th November will be for the retail & logistics sectors, 18th February 2010 will be for travel & tourism, 17th June 2010 will be for the banking & financial services sectors and 23rd September 2010 will focus on the automotive & vehicle manufacturing industries. Each of the events will be inviting a selection of high profile professionals within their respective sectors to present papers as well as to take part in ‘Any Questions’ style Panel Debates. We have also invited various senior Politicians to also take part in the Panels.
Papers on the 12th November 2009, will be heard from the supply Chain Director of HMV, the CEO of The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, the MD of The Transport Exchange Group, the Founder of woolworthsreunited.com, and the Policy Director of the Road Haulage Association. The Panel debate will include two senior Politicians as well as four other well known professionals from the retail & logistics sectors
