The objective of COIT 2009 is to bring together researchers and practitioners, who investigate concepts, methods, techniques, and tools to design and evolve software and information systems. Interested academicians, researchers, and industry people are requested / invited to take part in the conference. Expert Talks, Interaction sessions, Invited talks besides regular paper presentation sessions. Students of Masters including those who pursue / just completed Ph.D. are also invited to contribute to the paper presentation.

The publication of Proceedings will be distributed in the conference. In addition to this, the proceedings will be available on-line on college website.
