$1,995 2- day, Nov 11th & Nov 12th only (these 2 days offer the most educational sessions)
Registration fees include all Forum-sponsored meals, receptions, entertainment and educational sessions (as indicated in the brochure). Fees for golf and tennis tournaments on Saturday are optional and additional. The registration fee is for one CEO but a spouse/spousal equivalent or domestic partner may accompany the executive at no additional cost with double occupancy. The Entire Forum fee includes the 23rd annual Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year national awards gala. The registration fee does not include your hotel or travel.
