Innovative E-Service Design, Management and Applications track focuses on the issues and research results related to the development of service science. The significance of service science has been identified for several years; however, the related issues still need to be further investigated. Due to the rapid growth in intelligent, collaborative, wireless computing technologies, the topic will be a timely contribution to service sector entities, service users, government, and the society. This track intends to disseminate the contribution from researches and studies in service science.
