For the second edition of this Exhibition, 2 competitions will be hosted :
- The Bocuse dâ€™Or Asian Cup : The Asian Selection of the largest gastronomic contest in the world where 12 countries will try to take a ticket to go to the great final which will take place in Lyon (France) in January 2011.
- The World of Bread Chinese Selection Contest : Chinese selection of this contest of bakery where the winner will go to the final turn in 2011 in France. This competition aims to highlight the professional expertise of the participants, to demonstrate the evolution and progress made in Bakery Art before a large audience, to promote innovative ideas in terms of gastronomy, and to encourage young professionals in the bakery trade.
This Trade Show is only Open to Food and Beverage Professionals and Buyers: Importers, Distributors, Wholesalers and Retailers of catering products, Executive Chefs, Restaurant Chefs, Food and Beverage managers, Buyers from grand hotels, Buyers from gourmet restaurants, Buyers from airline and cruising companies, Industry association, media and related school.
