The 2009 IQPC HR Service Delivery Summit presents an in-depth examination of the strategies, theories, tactics and technologies that organizations are using to support administrative, transactional, and workforce management goals as pertains to the overall business strategy. This event will address the core HR functions, such as delivery of payroll and benefits services through shared services and outsourcing models, HR workforce management goals, such as performance management, and automation of HR service, such as employee portals and self-service. Additionally, the event will tackle “HR transformation” and “HR change management” to the extent that these topics relate to the new business emphasis on providing the rest of the enterprise with meaningful assessment of human capital through predictive modeling.
