The global economic crisis, brewing for quite a while now, started to show its effects from
around the end of 2007 in the USA. India,like all other countries of the world, is facing its share of the blistering effects of this crisis. And as always, all adverse situations spring up challenges and opportunities.
The India Chapter of the Academy of International Business has always endeavored to deliberateon such vital global issues by providing a common platform to academicians, practitioners and policy makers. Towards this end, an International Conference on ‘Global Economic Crisis:Challenges & Opportunities’ is being organized from 17th to 19th December 2009 at Institute for Integrated Learning in Management(IILM), New Delhi.
We invite scholars and practitioners of management to submit empirical or theoretical papers and case studies. The work must be original and not have been presented or submitted for presentation at any other conference. Submissions can be made in any of the below mentioned conference tracks and their sub-themes. All submissions will be blind reviewed before acceptance for presentation.
