This international conference wants to bring this silent voices to claim their human worthy in the world.Therefore the conference will address the rights and policies of the persons physical chllanges, the infrastructures and the mobility, Economic development and employment conditions ,Political empowerment and policy makers,HIV/AIDS and Old Age, Education Empowerment and Opportunities etc.
