Successful adaptation to change is as crucial within an organization as it is in the natural world. Organisational Change management deals with Strategic Planning, Organizational Development & Design, Employee Climate Surveys, Team Building, Leadership Coaching, and Process Improvement, brought on by internal and external influences. Keeping this in mind, an appropriate and timely theme of IHRC-2010 is “Dynamics of Change –Micro and Macro Perspective”. Kindly join the forth-coming deliberations.

We would like to invite you to the INTERNATIONAL HR CONFERENCE, 2010 organized by IES Management College and Research Centre in collaboration with National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) and Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD).
