As the millennial generation enters the workforce, there is a growing belief that organisations must adapt their time-tested learning techniques to meet the needs of Generation Y and beyond. In February 2010, John Girard, Associate Professor of Minot State University, will lead a masterclass in Sydney that will explore strategic approaches for making eLearning successful in the current economic climate, and the role that social media and other open source technologies play in the future of stakeholder education.
