About the College, Departments and Facilities
Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology was established in the year 1998. The College is approved by AICTE New Delhi and it is affiliated to Anna University Coimbatore and Chennai. It has completed a decade of incomparable service in the field of Technical education. It has been recognized for its innovative technology programs and visionary leadership in education.
The UG programs in Engineering and Technology in the college are accredited by National Board of Accreditation, New Delhi and also ISO 9001:2000 certified by TUV for quality education.
The core values of the college are adaptability to the latest innovation in various technical fields, collaborative team work, student centered learning and emphasis on problem solving methodology.
The college is located on a campus sprawling over 50 acres in Suganapuram. The mountains backdrop with evergreen pristine grandeur adds to the teaching â€“ learning process. It is located in a serene atmosphere and it is at an elevated state on the left of the National Highway 47 leading to Palakkad from Coimbatore. The distance from Coimbatore Railway station is approximately 8Km, from Gandhipuram Bus station is about 11Km and from Coimbatore Airport is about 20Km.
The college has eight departments offering 4 years B.E./B.Tech programs in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology and 3 years BSc programs in Computer Technology, Information Technology and Masters programs in CAD /CAM , Communication Systems, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Applications, Business Administration, Software Engineering and Computer Technology.
The college has excellent qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty. More than 5 lakh Square feet area is available for instructional purposes, comprising class rooms and laboratories. There are 13 state of the art computer laboratories with 1200 terminals. Labs are created with a futuristic vision to meet the changing requirements in the industry. There is a 8Mbps (1:1) leased line Internet connectivity available and all systems in the campus are networked along with WiFi access all over the campus.
The college has an excellent central library block of fully air conditioned 55000 Square feet area with more than 39000 volumes and 708 periodicals which include 399 foreign journals. Access to all the e-journals and e-books through intranet is also available.
A fully air conditioned multipurpose hall with a seating capacity of 2000 and indoor games facility is available on the campus.
The college has signed MOU with CII, CODISSIA, National Instruments (USA), Infosys, TUV, IBM, TCS, NIC, Intel, Rover Components Ltd Coimbatore, University of Wyoming USA, Collab CAD and BSNL.
There are separate halls of residence for Men and Women students.
Coimbatore, also known as the Manchester of South India is home to a large number of textile mills, textile machinery manufacturers, hosiery units, foundry and other engineering industries. Coimbatore is the second biggest industrial city in Tamilnadu, a southern state in India and is identified as one of the fastest developing cities in India. There are about 50,000 small, medium and large scale industries. It has emerged as the important educational hub in this part of the country. It has 7 universities, more than 40 Engineering colleges and 100 Arts & Science colleges. Coimbatore city is strategically located at the junction of the three modern southern states â€“ TamilNadu, Kerala and Karnataka with promixity to many important cities of southern India. It is well connected by air and surface transport. This friendly city which has a salubrious climate and surrounded by major tourist spots, has always been a natural favourite with international tourists. The scenic hill stations of Ooty, Munnar, Yercaud and Kodaikanal, the historic temples of Perur and Palani, the historic city of Madurai, the nearby exciting Kerala with its enchanting back-waters and ayurvedic health resorts, to name a few, are all few hours of drive from Coimbatore.
Objective and Scope
The objective of the conference is to bring forth Researchers, Educators, Professional Engineers and Technologists into a single forum to discuss & debate on the innovative and smart design of engineering products, processes, analysis of various engineering systems and incorporation of automation in these systems and as well as novel methods of analysis and design of algorithms and computing systems.
It is hoped that at the end of the conference there will be possible solutions and conclusions on the challenges emerging out of the theme.

Authors are requested to submit full papers on any of the above topics and topics related to above as per the IEEE conference proceedings format.

Upon acceptance, at least one of the authors must register for the
conference in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
The papers of the conference will be divided into three broad tracks, namely Mechanical & Mechatronics, Electrical& Electronics and Computing. The proposed schedule of events is:

Spot registration is also available for last minute participants. However, Participants are advised to do the registration well in advance.
Accommodation will be provided in the hostels inside the campus and in nearby hotels in Coimbatore on request. On prior intimation, reservation will be made in hotels in Coimbatore city. Hotel tariff ranges from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 7000. Transport will be available from the hotels to the venue of the conference.
