| Description |
In June 2009, the Economics Web Institute held a conference on "Innovative Economics Policies for Climate Change Mitigation". The outcome has been a large book with more than 20 policies, devised and articulated by economists from developed and developing countries. Now we are interested to understand where they could be implemented and how. We solicit insiders to reflect on the book - available for free - and localize the policies. The best three papers will receive a money prize and all deserving papers will be summarized and quoted in the updated version of the book foreseen for early 2010. They will also qualify for participation in the relative conference in Sept. 2010.

The papers should have a maximum of 15 pages and follow the scheme:
1. Abstract
2. The context
3. The policies to be implemented in the context
4. The adaptations that improve the policies and their impact on the context
5. The process of implementation and the key stakeholders to be involved
6. Conclusions
A jury will judge all the papers arrived to call@economicswebinstitute.org before 31st January 2010. Papers arriving on a later date will not be considered for the prize but can be summarized and included in the updated book, if deserving, and in the September conference.
