The Oxford Centre for Integrative Systems Biology is hosting a 3 day conference on Quantitative Imaging for Systems Biology from Wednesday 16th to Friday 18th December 2009 at St Catherine's College, Oxford.
This conference will bring together researchers working on microscope design and single molecule detection with those using in vivo imaging techniques and those involved in quantitative image analysis and data storage. Over the 3 day meeting we will focus on the application of cutting edge microscopy techniques to biological imaging and on novel methods for the quantitative analysis of biological images.

We have gathered together a selection of world class scientists including Victor Sourjik, (Heidelberg, Germany), Gerard Marriott (Berkeley, USA), Erik Meijering (Rotterdam, The Netherlands), Jason Swedlow (Dundee, UK) and Angus Silver (ULC, UK) to speak at this event.

The organising committee would invite and encourage interested scientists to submit abstracts when registering. Selected abstracts will be assigned to a poster session. In addition, we may invite a small number to make an oral presentation.
