On behalf of the organizing committee, it is my great pleasure to invite you to the Eleventh Mediterranean Petroleum Conference and Exhibition (MPC 2010). Since 1991, the International Energy Foundation has been organizing the MPC conference and exhibition series under the patronage of the National Oil Company. The 2010 Conference will provide a platform for oil and gas industry representatives to discuss vital technical issues, challenges, and solutions. The 2010 Exhibition will be an exciting opportunity for companies to demonstrate their products and services to the Libyan Market.
