| Description |
Journalists play a key role in explaining developments in European law not only to the general public but also to many of those responsible for putting that law into practice.
This seminar will provide selected journalists whose work requires them to cover stories related to EU law, especially the European Court of Justice and Court of First Instance, with a deeper understanding of the courts' role in the European Union, their organisational structure and working procedures.
It will be an opportunity to gather background information and conduct informal discussions on significant recent cases and recent developments, including the changes brought about by the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty.
