Conference will have key note speech followed by plannery sessions on the role of Agriculture in mitigating global warming, application of Knowledge Economy for sustainable development and mitigating global warming and role of Public Leadership for sustainable development and mitigating global warming with focus on public policy and implementable schemes. It will have special group discussions, which will include paper presentations, experience sharing, evolving of public policy, role of community education and youth.

The Hon’ble Minister Shri Jairam Ramesh, Ministry of Environment and Forests Government of India is likely to inaugurate the conference and Hon’ble Minister Agriculture and Cooperation, Shri Dilip Sanghani along with Dr Sam Pitroda , Chairman of National Knowledge Commission have been requested to be guests of honour.

For outside participants heritage walk in old city of Ahmedabad, visit to Gandhi Ashram and Auto world is a part of itinerary. On the concluding day, there will be presentation by groups and valedictory address
