The main Objective of this international conference is to bring together specialists from universities, research consultancy and business fields and to provide stimulating environment for knowledge and know how exchange in New Paradigm in Management Theory and Practice. Sharing experience is a key objective. It is also desired through this international conference to debate on the sort of changes required in management practices that are needed to build companies which are truly fit for the future.
