Description
In China, it is forecasted that the country's foreign trade will recover in 2010 with trade volume rising back to the 2008 level. China's international trade volume is expected to rise 10% in 2010, and exports are expected to increase about 15% according to Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The establishment of cross-straits trade will also contribute to the forecast. However, challenges lies ahead for Chinese ports. To increase efficiency, upgrade infrastructure, develop free port, integrate logistic supply chain are the top of all.
In light of the above, China Port Development Conference (CPDC) will lead you to a comprehensive study of the development trends of world’s port & shipping industry and its implications to developments in China. The conference is in association with 4th International Port, Maritime & Shipping Industry Exhibition and it is officially hosted by Tianjin Port Holdings and supported by China Ports & Harbours Association. The conference will address challenges and opportunities emerged from the current market environment and help the industrial players to get a clear picture of the industry’s recovery schedule in the years to come. The conference is also a premium networking platform for shipping lines, ports, terminal operators and others to share and to learn.
CPDC is scheduled on May 26-27, 2010 in BICEC Tianjin, China. We sincerely welcome your participation and look forward to meeting you in Tianjin!
