Essentially, a construction project is a major investment in an unknown quantity. Therefore, it is important that the costs of a construction project are managed to meet the requirements of the project owner, taking into account the functional and aesthetic considerations. This is to maximise the potential returns from each project. By understanding construction cost and budget implications, it is possible to avoid the time consuming and costly process of reviewing or redesigning the project.
This training workshop will provide directors and senior managers from the construction, real estate development, and hotel & resort developers, among others, a platform to meet and discuss issues pertaining to construction cost management as well as to improve on current practices. Experienced trainer will share their professional advice and experience in the workshop.
