Product liability is an area of growing importance for many organisations. The implications can be wide ranging and, as legislation becomes more stringent, it is important for those involved in the design and /or the supply of products of any kind to understand their obligations both under the civil and the criminal law. Those involved in procuring goods should also be aware of their rights and responsibilities in relation to their purchases.

This one-day course is presented in plain English, avoiding the use of legal jargon. Case studies will be used to illustrate issues and help delegates understand the legal principles.
