The earth's temperature in recent years is at its highest since the first global temperature measurements were started in 1850 and is still projected to rise, culminating in an effect known as global warming. Most studies and organizations conclude that this rise is due to the increase in man-made air pollutants include many greenhouse gas emissions such as carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide, sulphur oxide, and methane that are released into the atmosphere from human activities such as industrial processes and automobile use.
Due to the detrimental effects of air pollution and global warming on human health, organisms and the environment, many governments have put in place policies to regulate emissions in order to mitigate air pollution problems and slow or reverse the onset of future warming.
Thus, VMAC's Emissions Reduction Workshop will update you on the latest developments in emissions reduction methodologies and technologies which are effective yet cost-efficient.
