All accepted papers will appear in a conference proceedings to be distributed during the conference. All accepted full papers presented in the conference will be published as a volume in Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS), and will also be submitted for indexing to EI.
The technical program will feature keynote addresses, tutorials, special sessions, panels, technical demonstrations, in addition to technical presentations of refereed papers. We cordially invite you to submit your work in one or more of above forms for, but not limited to, the following areas:

Authors are invited to submit original papers reporting on research results or novel applications in web-based learning. Papers for submissions should be formatted in single column of no more than 10 pages in single line spacing according to the Springer LNCS. Authors Guideline. Papers should be submitted in PDF format for review.

Authors of the best papers presented in this conference will be invited to submit extended version of their papers for possible publication in special issues of major international journals.
