CANCELLATIONS: For any cancellation made not less than seven (7) days prior to the conference, delegate will be given a credit note of 100% of the delegate fee which can be used in another Bharat Book Bureau. The credit note will be valid till one year from the day of the conference against whose payment the credit has been issued. No credit will be issued for any cancellation taking place within 6 days (inclusive) of the conference.

EMERGENCY: If, for any reason, Bharat Book Bureau decides to cancel or postpone this conference and / or workshop/s, Bharat Book Bureau is not responsible for covering airfare, hotel or other travel costs incurred by the dele-gate. In case of cancellation or postponement, the fee qualifies for a credit note equal in value for any future event organized by Bharat Book Bureau All Intellectual Property Rights in all materials produced or distributed by Bharat Book Bureau in connection withthis event is expressly reserved and any unauthorized duplication, publication or distribution is prohibited.
