The introduction of ABSs in 2011 will increase the competitive pressure on firms at a time when most have yet to emerge fully from the recession. The firms that will succeed in the new market will be ones that have clear and distinct market positions and effective financial management. This masterclass is designed to equip delegates with the skills they will need to successfully strengthen their firm’s financial management in the new environment they will face in 2011.
