Accounting and Management Information Systems 2010 (AMIS 2010)
|Event Date/Time: Jun 08, 2011||End Date/Time: Jun 09, 2011|
|Registration Date: Jun 01, 2011|
|Paper Submission Date: Apr 01, 2011|
Only full papers written in English can be submitted to the conference. Full papers should be directly submitted electronically on the conference website between March 1 and April 1, 2011. Authors will be informed whether their paper has been accepted for presentation before May 15, 2011. Participants should register before June 1, 2011.
The criteria considered in the papers' review process are the technical correctness, the novelty and originality, the importance to the field, the organization and clarity, the relevance of references, and the quality of results. The recommendation is acceptance or rejection of the paper.
As presented in the AMIS-style file, the recommended length of the papers is 20 pages. However, the length is not in itself a criterion for acceptance or rejection. The review criteria as explained above are being used for the process. As long as the papers comply with these review criteria, they will not be penalized on length.
Corresponding authors will be informed of the outcome of the review process. If the paper is the work of a team, it is the responsibility of the corresponding author to inform the co-authors of the papers.
The author(s) of selected papers will be invited to present their papers during the conference. For a paper to be included in the conference programme, at least one author should register before June 1, 2011.
A number of internationally recognized academics have participated at the consortium and the conference. We are extremely proud to have had here Prof. Katherine Schipper (former FASB member). Also, please visit www.cig.ase.ro/amis2010/ to see a full list.
