Press coverage video from 2008 is available at YouTube:

Background: There has been a significant change over the past decade regarding finance means available to firms. The establishment of the non-bank financing market – as yet a still incomplete revolution – together with increased complementary financing means have destabilized the old banking hegemony. The current crisis has placed new challenges on firms and financing sources.

The basic idea of the Annual Corporate Finance Conference is to create a platform for the professional community that enables professional, continual and profound discourse on the issues and challenges on the agenda, thereby contributing to its formation. The conference will deal with three main areas: share capital market (private or public), debit market, mergers and acquisitions.
