The Asian Regional Conference on Systems Biology 2010 (ARCSB 2010) will be the first regional gathering on systems biology research in this region. This meeting is organized by Institute of Systems Biology (INBIOSIS), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. The aim of ARCSB 2010 is to establish a firm foothold for systems biology in the region via networking and the sharing of ideas which is additionally catalysed by the participation of internationally renowned researchers in this field. This biannual event will gather local and international researchers who are involved in systems biology and allow them to discuss the latest developments in their research.
Delegates are invited to submit abstracts for oral and/or poster presentations. Abstracts should be classified into sections as listed under the Scientific Programme section. Please submit all abstracts as Word documents via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Further information pertaining to the oral and poster presentations are available from the conference website. All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee.
The ARCSB 2010 scientific programme is divided into keynote, plenary, oral and poster sessions. Keynote and plenary talks will be given by distinguished international speakers who play a key role in the development and application of systems biology.
The conference will mainly cover the following topics:
Functional genomics and biological networks
Computational methods and tools
Proteomics and systems biology
Metabolomics and systems biology
Other topics may include but are not limited to:
Genomes and protein analysis
Algorithms and phylogeny
Pathways and interactions
