the Executive PA Excellence (EPA)
Venue: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
|Event Date/Time: Oct 07, 2010||End Date/Time: Oct 08, 2010|
For organisations to keep pace and to advance, the role of today’s Executive PA is taking on a more challenging and extremely professional paradigm which requires a multi-talented skill set. From managing relationships, information, and communication flows between executive board members, to managing logistical details, writing reports, attending meetings, and managing presentations, there is always a growing expectancy of peak performance and delivery of results exceeding expectation set upon the profession. Definitely exhausting and at times isolated as well, an Executive PA is expected to appear calm, composed, and in complete control.
This two day specially tailored exciting and interactive course for Executive PAs will help you strengthen your communication skills, overcome the difficulties of working with more than one boss, provide insights to achieve work/life balance, and develop your business management skills. It is also relevant as actual situations are discussed. Delegates will be expected to participate fully in this workshop to be able to return to work with many new ideas, techniques, and skills and apply them in practice.
