For us, ‘tech’ means the cooperation between and the convergence of technology, economy, culture and humanity. The tech+ forum therefore aspires to bring together leading global experts, from across this wide range of different but closely correlated fields, to share their hands-on knowledge, innovative concepts and inspiration.

Additional Information

At tech+ 2010 our ultimate aim is to create the foundation for the collaborative evolution of the knowledge ecosystem through percolative communication across all technological fields and the open sharing of insights into the latest critical questions. So by linking this event with the momentous occasions of the G-20 Summit Meeting and the Seoul G20 Business Summit, we have been able to invite some of the greatest leading technology minds to speak to an audience of over 1,500 for an event never seen before in Korea. 22 renowned international and domestic knowledge leaders are to present within five technological ‘chapters’- Eco, Art, Edge, Touch, and Insight – with each chapter to have its own distinctive theme and form. A final ‘super chapter’, Vision, will showcase presentations by global leading CEOs participating in G-20 Summit and Seoul G20 Business Summit. In addition, this chapter is to include a presentation by the Korean Minister of Knowledge Economy and national CTO on the Industrial Technology Vision 2020, the road map on which the future of Korean research and development is to be based. Using full 3D and holographic presentation technique, this should be a truly spectacular and fitting end to tech+ 2010.
