Description
There are eight basic processes that an organization must have to function effectively. These are:
* Management of the Quality System
* Top management involvement
* Customer focus
* The improvement process
* Design and development
* Supplier management
* Product provision (including control of outsourced processes), and
* Resource management. Their nature and effectiveness are discussed at this webinar.
Why you should attend: By attending this webinar, participants will gain an understanding of the process approach. The process approach requires managements to identify all processes of the QMS, their sequence and their interaction. They must ensure the effectiveness of all processes and the availability of needed resources and monitor, measure, analyze and improve them. They will learn how to judge if the processes are functioning effectively. Next, they will learn how to create a description of each process based on the ISO 9001 standard and the plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) process structure. Another important part of the learning process is the identification of key processes each organization should have in their management system. There will be an extended description of the many processes that an organization should consider and when the audit team will audit these processes.
