AP-TEC 2010, "A National Conference on Technology for Sustainable Livelihood and Community development", aims to deliberate on technology business opportunities covering the industrial sectors of Paper & Pulp, Polymers, Non-metallic Minerals (stone), Electronics, Construction and Demolition Waste, while helping the environment and livelihoods, and considering "Resources - Recyclables - Waste".

The objective of the conference is to bring representatives from various Government Departments, Industry, Technology Demonstrators, Entrepreneurs, Researchers, Scientists, Subject experts and Students - to exchange their knowledge and experiences on the above-said areas, as well as discuss the practical challenges that are being encountered.
