Following the success of the previous four IHPB congresses held in London, Lisbon, New York and Geneva, it gives us great pleasure to inform you of the forthcoming International Hepatobiliary Pancreatic and Transplantation Days Congress, which will take place in Jerusalem, Israel, May 24-28, 2011.

As in previous years, one day will be devoted to an interactive discussion of clinical cases. Studies will be presented before the audience for a stimulating exchange of dialog and analysis and to address critical issues.

The sessions on the following two days will draw together surgical and medical professionals from all over the world and will encompass topics at the cutting edge of transplantation, pancreatic and hepatobiliary surgery. This meeting will also provide an opportunity for the presentation of emerging technologies and a professional exhibition will be held within the framework of the congress. Outside of the scientific program, the social events offer additional time for personal talks and exchange of views with leading scientists, physicians and surgeons in the relevant fields.
