Innovations are the new paradigm in management. It helps to steer the organisation to high growth and sustainable competitive advantages. Today, companies are competing more and more on their ability to innovate effectively and efficiently.
As an example, Nokia has evolved over the last century through innovation and transformation from being in the paper, rubber and cables business to the telecom business. It has been able to do so due to its ability to innovate in understanding consumer needs, developing futuristic concepts and to bring to life innovations.

4.0 Call for papers:
Papers and cases based on research and ideas focusing on the theme of the conference are invited for consideration for presentation at the conference. An abstract of the paper is to be submitted by the due date and the full papers based on the accepted abstracts need to be submitted subsequently.
