Understanding Personality Type Using the Myers-Briggs Personality Type IndicatorÂ® (MBTIÂ®)

Participants will be provided with an interpretation of the MBTIÂ® assessment tool including a personal copy of an interpretive report useful for increasing self-awareness related to communications, stress management, time management, decision making, leadership, and other important areas related to oneâ€™s personal and work / career environment.
Note: Participants will be required to complete an on-line MBTIÂ® assessment tool in advance of the workshop. Instructions will be emailed to each participant by the facilitator with directions to complete the instrument within two days of the workshop delivery.
At the completion of this half-day session, participants will be able to:
1. Describe differences in others concerning energy source, information gathering, decision making and lifestyle / orientation.
2. Increase self-awareness and confirm self-perception related to energy source, information gathering, decision making and lifestyle / orientation.
3. Describe oneâ€™s strengths and identify how to capitalize on those strengths in personal and business settings, therefore becoming more effective in various environments.
