A full-day leadership development seminar for education, health care and government professionals that will examine toxic work environments - the elements that allow them to flourish and the solutions needed to prevent them.

Nationally recognized speakers Dr. Vineeth John, associate professor and adult psychiatry residency program director at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and Dr. M. Lewis Temares, chief information officer/vice president for information technology and dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Miami, will discuss fascinating new developments in stress-related neuroscience and specific solutions tailored to professionals’ needs that will help prevent being victimized by a challenging work environment.
