Objective of COMMUNE CACCS 2011 is to endeavour the participants with the recent research being carried out across the growing network of information and communication technology devices. Participants from academia as well as industry are invited to submit their papers on advancements in science and communication technologies and than collectively to exchange their ideas and information across the globe of commune.

•Authors are requested to submit the papers in MS Word 2003 double column standard IEEE format . Papers which will not be in compliance of prescribed format, may face rejection. •Papers should be uploaded in prescribed format on the website and should not exceed 6 pages limit including citations. •Only two authors are allowed per paper and at least one author should complete the registration process to get the paper published in Conference Proceedings.
