Dr. John Austin is an internationally recognized expert in providing behavior-based solutions to organizational challenges. He has consulted with organizations to improve productivity and safety in various industries. In the area of improving human performance he has published more than 85 articles and chapters, delivered nearly 200 presentations and has published three books.
Dr. Nicole Gravina is an Assistant Professor at Roosevelt University in Chicago, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in Performance Management, Occupational Safety and Health Psychology, Systems and Processes, and Applied Behaviour Analysis. Nicoleâ€™s expertise focuses on applying behavioural techniques to improve safety and performance in organizations.
Howard Lees is a British Chartered Civil Engineer with over 30 years construction experience. He heads up Hollin Consulting, who are the UKâ€™s leading consultancy specialising in behavioural science techniques, providing training courses and coaching designed to improve business performance and safety performance.
Denis O'Hora is a lecturer in psychology at the National University of Ireland, Galway. He is an expert in basic experimental psychology, who has published on a wide variety of topics from intelligence testing to measuring brain activity. He has recently applied this expertise to organisational issues, in particular to understanding the impact of goals and other management strategies on employee behaviour.
Dr. Ryan Olson is a Scientist at Oregon Health & Science University who specialises in the science of worker self-control. Ryan is arguably the world leader in the development of safety and health interventions for lone workers. He has developed successful assessment and intervention tools for supervisors and workers in a variety of industries including; aviation, bus transit, commercial trucking and local authority lone workers.
David Premier - A scientist turned serial tech entrepreneur, David currently heads up the Enterprise Engagement and Customer Success team at Rypple; an online service that helps leaders engage and motivate their teams through continuous feedback and coaching. Previously, David served as Sales and Services Director at Varicent Software. He was also an original member of the Workbrain team, one of the most successful Canadian start-ups of the tech boom, where he served as the Director of Solutions Consulting. David holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Atmospheric Science from York University and a Masterâ€™s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
