Tradeshow exhibitors are invited to join delegates at the hotel bar the evening of the 20th, after set-up, for a meet-and-greet that will afford the opportunity to get to know delegates in a far less formal setting prior to the tradeshow the next day. Bring business cards and invite delegates to see you at your booth the next day!

On June 21st, two 35 minute breaks will be held in the tradeshow in addition to the President's Reception; the social event which officially kicks off Congress.

We will do our best to accommodate everyone that we can; however, our venue is smaller this year, thus space is limited, so booths will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
