We are bringing International expertise in complex health needs to Chicago for a 2-day participative conference on the 29th and 30th June 2011. Our speakers come from Beijing, Bangalore, Johannesburg, London, Leeds, Stockholm, Milan and Chicago (see attached) and will describe:

Solutions for how to coordinate care to reduce the costs incurred by the top 1%, 5%, and 20% of health care utilizers.

How best to co-produce sustainable solutions with communities.

Models for health leadership development that meet the challenges of the current health environment.

A unique feature is the time you will spend with global leaders working on the most pressing health management and leadership issues today, whether it is how to reduce the dependency and cost of high-cost service-users; how to generate more self-care; how to increase physician engagement in management issues; how to transform the culture of your organization or how to sustain innovation.

Globally health leaders are re-designing their health system, trying to work out how to provide affordable personalised treatment and care for an ageing expanding population, and changing expectations of health delivery. This conference will provide an overview of this context and how countries around the world are approaching the same challenges, and what that means for health leaders in Chicago.
