A new survey by global professional services company Towers Watson finds that concerns over organisational ability to attract and retain key talent, or to plan for an orderly replacement of talent, can impede efforts for long term growth. The survey also found significant gaps in employers’ capabilities to address talent management and succession planning issues.

Talent 2011 will arm you with the tools and strategies needed to attract, manage and retain talent and will enable you to create a culture that sustains and engages the leaders of today - and tomorrow.
Topics to be covered include:
• Inclusion/exclusion talent debate – is it the top 10% or is there ‘talent for all’?
• Succession planning – is it on the agenda? How crucial?
• Leaders training leaders and talent not being managed by talent
• How to create a talent development culture
• How to ensure your emerging talent strategy fits into your overall business objectives
Finding and keeping talent is the biggest potential workforce obstacle to achieving growth. This is not an event for conceptual thinkers; this is an event for those of you who want to take concrete actions.
