The Conference seeks challenging papers covering contemporary academic and business topics. The aim is to bring together academics and professionals from various fields of Business and Economics and provide them an opportunity to exchange ideas and practices towards an improved future.
The Conference also invites graduate students (at the PhD or Master's level) to submit their research with a significant fees' discount.

The Anatolia Institute of Management Leadership (IML) at the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT) provides advanced education and training to senior managers and leaders in both the private and public sectors in Southeast Europe. Conference, seminar, and training programs at the Anatolia IML allow current and future leaders to learn about cutting edge concepts and developments and best practices in the field of leadership and to improve their individual and organizational effectiveness skills. The Anatolia IML draws heavily on the expertise of ACT’s graduate business school faculty as well as on the institution’s global network of alumni and associates to ensure an unmatched professional experience.
To further develop its activities, Anatolia IML also organizes a series of annual academic conferences on contemporary business and economics issues. ICBE 2011 will be the second International Academic Conference.

The ALBA Graduate Business School
Based in the seaside town of Vouliagmeni, in Athens, Greece, ALBA Graduate Business School is fast growing graduate business school. Founded in 1992, it is a non-state, not-for-profit, research-driven institution. The School maintains very close links with the industry, as it operates under the auspices of SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, the Hellenic Management Association (ΕΕΔΕ), and the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ΕΒΕΑ). In addition, ALBA Graduate Business School is an association of corporations and institutional organizations, currently numbering 87 members.
