We are proud to announce the second annual International Conference on Business and Economics that will take place from May 20 to May 21, 2011 at the American College of Thessaloniki in Thessaloniki-Greece.

The Conference seeks challenging papers covering contemporary academic and business topics. The aim is to bring together academics and professionals from various fields of Business and Economics and provide them an opportunity to exchange ideas and practices towards an improved future.

The Conference also invites graduate students (at the PhD or Master's level) to submit their research with a significant fees' discount.

ICBE 2011 is co-organized by the Anatolia Insitute of Management Leadership at the American College of Thessaloniki and the ALBA Graduate Business School.

The Anatolia Institute of Management Leadership (IML) at the American College of Thessaloniki (ACT) provides advanced education and training to senior managers and leaders in both the private and public sectors in Southeast Europe. Conference, seminar, and training programs at the Anatolia IML allow current and future leaders to learn about cutting edge concepts and developments and best practices in the field of leadership and to improve their individual and organizational effectiveness skills. The Anatolia IML draws heavily on the expertise of ACT’s graduate business school faculty as well as on the institution’s global network of alumni and associates to ensure an unmatched professional experience.

The ALBA Graduate Business School
Based in the seaside town of Vouliagmeni, in Athens, Greece, ALBA Graduate Business School is fast growing graduate business school. Founded in 1992, it is a non-state, not-for-profit, research-driven institution. The School maintains very close links with the industry, as it operates under the auspices of SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises, the Hellenic Management Association (ΕΕΔΕ), and the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ΕΒΕΑ).
