Description

Cast Members (“Disney speak” for employees) are at the core of what makes Disney customer service experiences world-class. Walt Disney himself saw this as key to his success formula over fifty years ago, and that belief still holds true today. He stated that Cast Members are what customers actually remember in the service experience, not necessarily the product.

The success of the product always hinges on the success of the experience around it, so if the experience fails, so does the product. Any organization’s human resource culture, and understanding how that culture fits seamlessly into the larger organizations, is key to long-term success.
