Welcome to the 6th annual “PIPA Conference - Privacy: It's Your Business”. Previously held in Calgary, this year’s PIPA Conference will be held on October 13th & 14th, 2011 at the beautiful Coal Coast Harbour Hotel in downtown Vancouver BC.

Following the success from last year's optional workshops we are including 4 optional half-day workshops on Wednesday, October 12th, 2011 (extra charges apply)! Please check back for further details.

Over the course of the past five events, this one-of-a-kind Conference has attracted over 1200 participants from businesses, non-profit organizations, governments, and law firms from around the world, many of whom have returned every year. A true demonstration of the quality education and networking opportunities this event provides.

Our focus for this year’s PIPA Conference is on practical, real-world problems and solutions. This forum offers an excellent opportunity to hear from privacy regulators, stakeholders, and from business experts around the globe about managing personal information in the electronic age.

The PIPA Conference; It's your business is a one-of-a-kind learning opportunity that is ideal for businesses and non-profit organizations, whether your organization has built a detailed compliance program, is in the midst of implementing its strategy, or just getting started. The PIPA Conference provides organizations across British Columbia and Alberta the opportunity to enhance their privacy compliance programs by offering an exciting mix of case studies, plenary lectures, and expert-led sessions.

We invite you and the members of your organization to join us for what we believe will be a highly informative, practical and engaging educational experience.

The PIPA Conference is an event you will not want to miss! Keep checking this website as information will be regularly updated.
