About Our Expert Trainer
He has over 25 years of consulting and project experience in the facility management sector and was instrumental in the development of the New South Wales Government total asset management and maintenance guidelines. His particular interest is how built environments can impact the satisfaction, wellbeing and productivity of occupants and has conducted numerous evaluations of built environment performance, leading to the design and delivery of high performance workplace strategies.
For the last ten years, he has been involved in facility management education and training program design, development and delivery. His field of expertise covers strategic business planning, change management, asset and strategic facility planning, workspace design and management and workplace performance improvement.
