This class is specifically targeted for partners. The reason that this needs to be highlighted is that whereas in most firms, there are clear procedures and guidelines for tackling underperformance below partner level, it is incredibly difficult to tackle underperformance at partner level, particularly in firms where e.g. partners are friends, or where a partner has been there for years.
