First Technical Session: This session focuses on recent trends and innovations in Financial Markets in India and across the borders. It also relates to various new models and practices being followed in Management of Financial Institutions.
Second Technical Session: This session focuses on changing investment behaviour and volatile stock markets, hyper inflation, rising real estate prices, implementation of direct tax code, innovation in financial instruments, mergers and acquisitions, increased flow of foreign investment and role of regulatory agencies. All these developments are now attracting attention of academia, analysts, and practitioners from the corporate sector. So this technical session highlights all the contemporary regulatory issues relating to corporate Finance.
Third Technical Session: There are many landmark developments in the field of Accounting that has taken place in recent past. To quote a few among them include convergence to IFRS, adoption of Basel II and Basel III norms etc. This Technical session will highlight the various recent innovations and practices in financial reporting standards adopted by the industries.
