Following several meetings and tracking the developments in the various groupings in the developing world including, the OIC, D-8, ASEAN, AU, GCC, and even the United Nations, Sustainable Seed Banking Forum 2012 themed “Facing the Challenge of Sustainable Seed Banking for the Developing World” will see leaders from government, industry, academia, NGO’s and the Media attend this important event.

Kuching, the capital city of Sarawak and the largest city on the island of Borneo one of the worlds Top Ten Mega Bio-Diversity regions on the planet, the ideal place to host such a Forum. We have organized several components to keep you busy either before or after the Forum. Site visits and additional programs include the Orang Utan Sanctuary, Golf at Damai Resort, Kuching Night Markets, Sarawak Cultural Village, General City Tour, World Heritage Mulu Caves, Bako National Park, Historical Kuching Tour and the Mangrove Cruise.

A well designed program allows for all levels to contribute, share and learn while developing a vision for the future, whether through the Open Sessions, Panel Sessions, Breakfast with the Leaders Session, Workshops, Networking Sessions, Working Groups and Business Matching sessions for Industry players.
