Conference Chair Biography:

Renee Bomchill Deloitte & Touche LLP
Renee has 16 years of experience in public accounting and has worked extensively throughout the Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe, providing advice and assistance to multinational companies as to the appropriate application of IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and SEC regulations. Recently, she has served several American companies with respect to their conversions to IFRS, including Coty, IBM, Ingersoll Rand, and a Fortune 50 pharmaceutical and medical devices company. Her IFRS experience includes leading multi-functional teams through IFRS assessments and conversions; helping companies establish a global IFRS vision and strategy; formulating project teams in countries around the world to provide IFRS support; creating a process to convert from U.S. GAAP to IFRS; and providing advice on IFRS accounting policy choices, first-time adoption alternatives, and technical issues. Renee is also a frequent speaker and trainer on IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and SEC reporting. She is a CPA in the states of New York and Texas, and a member of the AICPA and New York State Society of CPAs.

Kim Damm Deloitte & Touche LLP
Kim is a Senior Manager in the Financial Accounting and Reporting Services group with eleven years of experience in public accounting. She has served both large domestic registrants and foreign private issuers primarily in the Technology, Media &Telecommunications industry. Kim spent three years in London working with foreign private issuers and managing U.S. GAAP to IFRS conversion projects. Since moving to San Francisco in 2008, Kim has led various cross-functional IFRS assessments for U.S. based companies. She has also assisted clients on convergence initiatives (revenue, leases) identifying cross functional implications and potential solutions. Kim frequently presents on various IFRS and convergence related topics. She is a CPA in the states of Georgia and California and a member of the AICPA.

Jerry WIley Deloitte & Touche LLP
Jerry is a partner in the Cincinnati Deloitte Tax practice with over 21 years of experience serving global companies. Jerry serves multinational clients, with a focus on the manufacturing and consumer business industries. Jerry has significant experience with cross-border tax planning, international accounting for income taxes, merger & acquisition transactions, and US corporate taxation. Jerry serves as the Deloitte's Global Tax Manufacturing Industry Leader and is responsible for working directly with the client service teams serving these significant enterprises globally.

In addition, Jerry serves as a tax competency leader in the area of accounting for income taxes. In this role, Jerry serves as a national resource for companies with global tax reporting requirements under US GAAP and IFRS. In addition, Jerry is an active member of the Deloitte Tax IFRS practice. In this role, Jerry focuses on assisting companies in the assessment of the impact of an IFRS conversion from a technical basis including systems requirements. Jerry's areas of expertise include global financial reporting of income taxes, global tax provision process implementation and US GAAP financial statement disclosure requirements.
